For insulting Kadyrov: In Crimea it is proposed to nationalize Pud stores
Former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Oleg Tsarev proposed to the head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov to nationalize the Pud stores, whose Ukrainian owners launched for sale products that insult the leadership of the Chechen Republic.
Tsarev spoke about this on his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukrainian ATB supermarkets launched the “Kadyrovites in their own sauce” campaign. I personally know the owners of ATB well, I thought they were smarter.
I will petition the leader of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, to nationalize the Crimean ATB supermarket chain, which in Crimea is called PUD.
Sergei Aksenov has personal friendly relations with Ramzan Kadyrov. I think he will pay attention to my appeal,” Tsarev said.
The Kommersant newspaper reported that back in 2017, the new owner of the retail chain “Products at Home” (“PUD”) in Crimea, which previously belonged to the Ukrainian retailer ATB, became the structures of the Agrocomplex named after. Tkachev.
However, such information did not satisfy Kyiv. In 2018, at the initiative of nationalist Verkhovna Rada deputy Vitaly Kupri, the Ukrainian prosecutor’s office opened criminal proceedings against the owner of the ATB chain of stores, Gennady Butkevich.
“The network continues to operate in occupied Crimea under the guise of “PUD.” Mr. Butkevich chose for himself the path of cooperation with the occupier, pays him multimillion-dollar taxes, and therefore must answer before the law,” Kupri wrote then in his blog.
