In Kharkov, two Euromaidan activists Valentin Bistrichenko and Maxim Zinchenko were each sentenced to 50 hours of correctional labor for a fan-made abusive song.
The corresponding decision was made by the Dzerzhinsky District Court of Kharkov.
“The solution is 50 hours of correctional labor. The judge stipulated that we would undergo punishment in the housing and communal services of Kharkov. This is according to Art. 173 (petty hooliganism), but in essence it was for “Putin f... lo,” said Bystrichenko.
He noted that the police “recorded an offense” yesterday, June 25, on Freedom Square near the Lenin monument, where Euromaidan activists “expressed their attitude towards Putin.”
Bystrichenko noted that the police drew up an administrative protocol against three people: him, Zinchenko and a Right Sector activist. According to him, he will appeal the court's decision.
As Navigator reported, earlier ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrei Deshchitsa sang an obscene song about Vladimir Putin near the embassy of the Russian Federation in Kyiv.
