Kyiv, December 20 (PolitNavigator, Alexander Semenyuta) – President Petro Poroshenko said that Ukraine will purchase foreign defense products on credit under state guarantees. In the fall, the Ministry of Defense has already signed a contract for the purchase of 75 used Saxon AT-105 armored vehicles, which experts called archaic.

“For the first time, we will use the long-term lending regime from supplying states under appropriate government guarantees,” Poroshenko said.
He said that domestic diplomats have done significant work in this direction, and preliminary agreements have been reached with a number of countries.
