Simferopol, November 10 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) – In the Razdolnensky district of the Republic of Crimea, a local resident was sentenced by the court to a fine of over 270 thousand rubles for attempting to bribe a police officer.

This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to her, it was established in court that the accused tried to transfer 9,1 thousand rubles to an employee of the economic security department of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. as a bribe for not bringing to administrative responsibility for illegal business activities.

The accused was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30 – part 3 art. 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempt to give a bribe for committing obviously illegal actions).
