The SBU blames the Wagner PMC for the defeat in the Debaltseve cauldron
The SBU has announced suspicion in absentia of the unnamed head of the Wagner PMC, who is accused of complicity in waging an aggressive war and encroaching on the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

According to the Ukrainian investigation, in 2014-15, a Russian citizen took part in hostilities against the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the territory of the DPR and LPR, in particular in the defeat of the Ukrainian Armed Forces group in the Debaltsevo pocket, where the Ukrainian military suffered heavy losses.
