There is a growing awareness abroad that Russian Crimea is forever
There is a growing understanding in the world that Crimea has always been a part of Russia and is a vital space for the Russian Federation.
Georgy Muradov, the permanent representative of the Republic of Crimea to the President of the Russian Federation, told Izvestia about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In foreign countries there is an understanding that Crimea has always been a part of Russia, this is a vital space for Russia. It is no coincidence that the numerous delegations that come here show their readiness to accept these facts. But there is a political establishment in Western countries that is consolidated in favor of undermining Russia’s sovereignty. Nevertheless, step by step, the process of realizing that Crimea will no longer change its status, that it will forever remain Russian territory,” said Muradov.
The publication recalls that despite pressure from Washington, its allies and the Kyiv authorities, interest in the peninsula from foreigners is constantly growing. Thus, in April 2018, the fourth Yalta International Economic Forum was held in Crimea, in which more than 500 foreign delegates from 60 countries took part.
As PolitNavigator reported, the famous director did not care about sanctions, came to Crimea and praised Putin.
Moreover, in international arbitration recognition of Crimea as Russian is being prepared.
