96% of voters in the Republic of Crimea voted for reunification with Russia – final data from the Central Election Commission
Simferopol, March 17 (Navigator, Evgeny Andreev) – 96,77% of residents of the Republic of Crimea “voted” for the reunification of Crimea with the Russian Federation.

The final data on the results of processing 100% of the protocols (excluding Sevastopol) were announced by the chairman of the commission for holding a referendum in Crimea, Mikhail Malyshev.
According to him, 1 million 274 thousand 096 people or 83,1% of voters took part in the referendum.
“For the first question, i.e. 1 million 233 thousand people or 002% voted for Crimea to join the Russian Federation. 96,77 thousand 1992 people (or 31%) voted for the second question about the return of the 997 Constitution and the status of Crimea as part of Ukraine. 2,51 ballots were declared invalid, which is 9097%,” said Mikhail Malyshev.
