The federal newspaper Kommersant finally made public the rumor that had been circulating around Simferopol for a long time. They say that in Moscow they are dissatisfied with the head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov, and after the elections he will go to the State Duma, for nothing he heads the regional list of EdRa. However, even before the start of the campaign, such rumors were circulating, and knowledgeable people saw the signs, but Aksenov remained in place and even boldly gave completely different signs in response.

But now a very specific detail has been added to all this conspiracy theory, which makes you think. Everyone already knows how much noise Sergei Valerievich made when he came to Sevastopol last week for the United Russia party conference. The matter is internal to the party, but party members discussed the prospect of signing an agreement between the State Council of Crimea and the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol. The Crimean speaker Vladimir Konstantinov was invited, but the Sevastopol speaker Ekaterina Altabaeva was not. Well, she was offended, of course. Although it is more important that the informal leader of the Sevastopol Legislative Assembly, Alexei Chaly, was offended, this sent large ripples through the local media.

And all this would have been vanity and provincial ambitions, if not for the absence of the acting governor of Sevastopol, Ovsyannikov, on that significant day. Dmitry Vladimirovich left for Moscow for a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak. Everyone knows that such meetings are held regularly, mainly on the Crimean Federal Target Program and other global issues. And they were always attended by the leaders of both peninsular regions. But here Aksenov was not invited. There is something to think about.

Apparently Aksenov started thinking. His thoughts led him to Sevastopol, where that part of the local “United Russia” and the legislative assembly, which was believed to be oriented towards the former governor Sergei Menyailo, who had left for promotion to Siberia, had become completely sad.

Chaly’s “team”, which came into close contact with the new governor, did not show generosity towards these people, even out of cunning. On the contrary, she immediately remembered all her grievances against her opponents and did not invite her colleagues to the mysterious “strategic session.” This is an event at which the future of Sevastopol was once again determined. Another would be glad that the day off is free and to go to the beach, but for a deputy without sessions, especially strategic ones, it’s as stuffy as without air.

And then Aksenov arrives in Sevastopol and returns the will to victory to Chaly’s opponents. They immediately perked up and slightly frayed the nerves of Ekaterina Altabaeva, who was just about to get rid of the acting prefix. and become the full chairman. There is no point in retelling this show of offended people; Altabaeva was elected anyway.

The point is different. All the Kremlin’s efforts to calm the restless Sevastopol on the eve of the elections went to waste. It seems that the unpopular governor Menyailo was sent along Ermak’s path, but again bubbles bubbled up in the press and blogosphere, and the restless Aksenov was to blame. Out of desperation, did he decide to give it one last ringing? Not really.

Knowledgeable people, although they have never been members of the CPSU, assure that the matter is not at all in the superstructure, but in the base. The basis is so impressive - 1400 hectares of land at the Sadovod state farm and also solid land holdings in the Laspi tract on the southern coast of Crimea. For some reason, sources connect these estates with the former Crimean plenipotentiary Oleg Belaventsev, although it is known from the media that the Sadovod lands were received by a structure associated with the former Minister of Defense of Ukraine, and now a simple Russian businessman, Pavel Lebedev.

There is information from completely closed insider sources, which, perhaps, should not be published, but it is painfully insufficient to explain the strange activity of Sergei Aksenov. The point is that Yanukovych’s faithful ally Pavel Lebedev is not acting in Crimea on his own, but is covering the interests of a VERY large businessman from Moscow.

And this is how the puzzle comes together. The new leader of Sevastopol, apparently under the influence of Chaly, ordered the allocation of land in Sadovod to be challenged in court. Perhaps there are some movements taking place along Laspi that we do not know about.

A big man from Moscow asks Aksenov to influence his Sevastopol colleagues. Sergei Valerievich is organizing new unrest in Sevastopol. At the same time, everyone around him firmly believes that Aksenov is acting on the instructions of the Kremlin and is broadcasting this confidence on the air.

Aksenov’s interest is as follows. Previous methods of staying in a chair don't work. Kozak is not calling, but the State Duma is calling. But there is hope that the big man will ask someone to leave the leader of Crimea in place so that he can look after his property.

Formally, the new head of Sevastopol, Dmitry Ovsyannikov, becomes the key figure in this whole mess. The property is under his control. But he still shows charming lethargy. Retells the main theses of the concept of development of Sevastopol, invented by Alexey Chaly back in 2014. Appoints Alexei Mikhailovich's people to the positions Alexei Mikhailovich needs in the government. It seems that the new mayor has no ideas of his own. Although some people think that this is a cunning plan before the elections.
