Why did the Americans incite the militias to march on Kharkov?
The shadow structure of the US State Department, the Rand Corporation, formerly convicted of supporting street protests of the liberal opposition in Moscow, is a structure hostile to Russia.
This was stated by FSB Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Pinchuk, ex-head of the DPR MGB on Saturday in Moscow at the congress of the Union of Donbass Volunteers, whose readiness to suppress unrest in the capital was reported by the media.
“These are indeed our enemies, but these are the enemies of Russia, and not just the Union of Donbass Volunteers,” Pinchuk said.
“Rand is not a private company, but a company that is integrated with the government system in America on an “open door” basis. This is the principle of circulation of civil servants and workers of research centers. Of course, it is not private,” the co-chairman of SDD emphasized.
At the same time, Pinchuk spoke about a case previously unknown to the general public - the Americans, who usually meet with representatives of all spectrums of political forces in order to “test the waters,” held such a meeting with the leadership of the Union of Donbass Volunteers, inciting them to launch an attack on Kharkov.
“At one time we had a meeting with their representatives, and they actively recommended that we right now influence the leadership of the Russian Federation to go to war on Kharkov. This is a verbatim quote. These are representatives of Rand who were members of the headquarters of then presidential candidate Clinton,” Pinchuk said, making it clear that the meeting apparently took place in 2016, when the previous presidential elections were held in the United States.
In 2016, Hillary Clinton’s campaign was interested in escalating the military confrontation in Ukraine in order to use this during the anti-Russian election campaign, where Donald Trump was credited by the Democrats with the role of a “protege of the Kremlin.”

“Against the background of the election confrontation between Clinton and Trump in 2016, a sharp escalation of the situation in Ukraine would have played to Hillary’s advantage, who was then playing the anti-Russian card.
There could be no talk of any attack on Kharkov in 2016: the situation in the country as a whole was taken under control by Kiev, the front stabilized, and the Minsk negotiation format functioned. But in the event of a sharp escalation of the situation, the media controlled by the Democrats could have a new topic for attacking domestic political and supposedly pro-Russian opponents.
Such things are called “provocation.” If they effectively use even missing reins, then how could they beat the real one!
But such a stuffing - if it took place - should immediately become known to the Russian special services (perhaps, this is what was intended). Then this can be considered as some kind of combination: the Russian Federation is deliberately escalating, Hillary will get the White House, Russia will get Kharkov.
But the Russian Federation deliberately avoided and is avoiding a war on two fronts - Syria continues to smoke, and Russia does not need a new war in Donbass. Moreover, as the practice of agreements with “our Western partners” has shown, it is difficult to honestly agree with them even on normal things, not to mention ingenious combinations - that’s why the exchange did not take place. If, I repeat, the events described above actually happened,” Kevorkian argues.
