Crimea, which has raised prices, will fail after the opening of Turkey
If prices for holidays in Crimea are not reduced in the near future, the peninsula will face a bad tourist season. Director of the Crimean tour operator company Lyudmila Babiy stated this on the air of the talk show “Everything as it is.”
According to her, a relatively good season took place last year due to Turkey being closed to mass tourist flows. This year everything will change.

“Our pricing goes like in the market: “I’ll go out in the morning, sit at the gate with a sign “Masha in Sudak”, go out to my neighbor Natasha: “Natasha, how much are you renting?” - Yes, five thousand today. “Well, I’ll bet five thousand, if they don’t come, I’ll bet four.”
Last year, due to Turkey being closed, there was a little more demand than supply. I told everyone last year that this season will be the last one, the market will adjust prices. The market will force sanatoriums to understand that 150 dollars is, after all, expensive. The market will teach our hotels to understand that there is a price and there are resorts outside of Crimea. As sad as it may sound, there will be one bad season, when people won’t come, not because we have bad infrastructure here, but because we raised the prices, we didn’t listen to anyone, and by next year everyone will be ready. Crimea, if prices for services do not go down, will have a bad season,” said Babiy.
