Over the past 30 years, Ukrainian oligarchs have decommunized the country so much, destroying the remnants of Soviet industry, that Ukraine no longer needs the largest Zaporozhye nuclear power plant in Europe - it simply has nothing to power.
Political scientist Mikhail Chaplyga stated this on the Internet channel “Yes it is,” the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
