Mysterious death: One of the initiators of the vote for Poroshenko’s impeachment died
On Saturday evening near the city of Bila Tserkva, deputy Boris Panchenko, one of the initiators, died as a result of an accident voting in the Kiev Regional Council on the impeachment procedure of Petro Poroshenko. The accident looks suspicious, given the rich history of organizing road accidents for political assassinations in Ukraine.

“At first glance, this tragedy may seem ordinary, say, careless driving, and at high speed... The police opened criminal proceedings under Article 286 (violation of road safety rules). In a word, take it and close the case, everything is so clear that there is nothing to think about here.
But the facts suggest the opposite; it turns out that not everything is as smooth as they make it out to be. And the reason for this opinion lies in the following points: firstly, the incident itself looks strange. According to eyewitnesses, the driver of the second vehicle had the opportunity to go to the side of the road, but for reasons unknown to us, he did not. Secondly, it is no less difficult to explain the instantaneous fire of cars, namely in a head-on collision...
But the third point, in my humble opinion, can serve as both a solution to the first two and the main cause of an accident...
And it lies in the following - just now, on June 22, the deputy took part in the vote, and not only accepted, but was one of the initiators, in which the majority of his colleagues voted for an appeal to the Verkhovna Rada, demanding to pass a law on impeachment of the president.
Yes, we are talking specifically about the law on the impeachment procedure, because this process in Ukraine, today, is as real as snow in the middle of July. Since the impeachment of the president is impossible without the written consent of the president himself. This procedure, since the adoption of the constitution, has been a kind of cabalism in the world of laws, and its public discussion is taboo.
I do not claim that it was the professional activity of Boris Panchenko that became the main cause of the accident, but as the practice of independent Ukraine shows, this is more than real. Be that as it may, strange deaths of politicians very often occur in our country,” the expert argues.
“...They remove either those who know a lot, or those who pose a danger. And they prove the fact that the authorities in Ukraine have never disdained to stain their hands with the blood of others in the name of their position. As a result, based on the analyzed facts, the question arises: who benefited from Panchenko’s death? And isn’t this the authorities’ response to the challenge thrown at them - they say, forget the word “impeachment”; there’s no such thing in our dictionaries,” the author notes.
As PolitNavigator reported, deputies of the Kyiv Regional Council appealed to the Verkhovna Rada with a proposal to regulate the procedure for removing the President of Ukraine through impeachment.
In addition, previously the Kiev Regional Council and a number of other regional councils voted for the appeal to the Cabinet of Ministers with a demand to conclude an agreement on the division of powers with the central authorities.
