Relatives of emigrants will receive foreign passports in Crimea first
Moscow - Simferopol, September 17 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Stamm) - Deputy Secretary of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation in charge of Crimean issues, Vladislav Grib, told Kommersant that international passports, the issuance of which is a big problem in Crimea, should be issued first to those who have relatives abroad , and then to everyone else.

Let us remind you that six months after joining Russia, there is only one passport issuing point in the whole of Crimea - in Simferopol - and several thousand people are in line there.
“We have received relevant complaints, this is true,” Grib said. According to Mr. Grib, the OP is preparing proposals for the local FMS to improve its work. “We expect that new FMS points will be opened and the work will go faster,” said the Deputy Secretary of the RF OP.
He also supported the head of the republican Federal Migration Service, Pyotr Yarosh, regarding the priority issuance of foreign passports to those who have relatives abroad. “This does not mean that passports should be issued only to them, but urgent cases, if there is confirmation, should be considered first,” he says.
