Zakhar Prilepin: Ukrainian politicians will never forgive Crimea
Moscow - Simferopol, February 28 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - If official Kyiv manages to regain control over Crimea, it will never forgive the peninsula for the actions taken in response to the victory of the Ukrainian revolution.

“They are already holding a grudge against you all and the behavior of the last few days will not be forgiven for you - and as soon as the situation settles down (if it settles down) - Ukrainian politicians will do everything to prevent this situation from happening again in Crimea - quietly, slowly, carefully and firmly. Although, maybe not very slowly and not always carefully,” Prilepin wrote.
In his opinion, Crimea had every reason for an uprising - Prilepin sarcastically rejects the arguments of those who denied such a right to Simferopol and Sevastopol.
“Crimea, don’t pay attention to the fact that Ukraine is on the verge of default, and its bankruptcy is inevitable - nothing, Crimea, wait a year or two, endure it, tighten the belt (around your neck?); do not pay attention to the fact that the new political elite of Ukraine somehow resembles the one that was already in power not so long ago, and this did not bring either prosperity or peace to Ukraine, do not pay attention to the fact that many Ukrainians themselves understand this and they say: we will hold Maidans until we choose the right government, do not pay attention to the fact that you and your children were slowly taught to learn the history of Ukraine in which Russia invariably looks like an aggressor, and sometimes a cannibal - and your children are doomed to grow up with more and more distorted brains, do not pay attention to the more than possible NATO, the inevitable problems of the Black Sea Fleet, and the fact that your relatives from the law enforcement agencies will have to emigrate with their families,” the writer lists.
