Zakharchenko: without a change of power in Kyiv, no truce with Ukraine is possible
A final truce and cessation of hostilities in Donbass is possible only if there is a change of power in Ukraine.

This opinion was expressed today by the head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“In order to start a new truce, it is necessary to officially declare that the old one has ended. But no one here has ever announced that the old thing is over. If I’m not mistaken, we’ve already had about 15 of these truces, and all of them are still ongoing. And “School”, and “Bread”, and “New Year’s”, and on Christmas Day there were some kind of truces. My attitude to this... It’s probably difficult to call it a circus, because those who declare a truce are serious people, but for some reason they forget that the old thing must be stopped. The only opportunity to end this war and establish a normal peaceful life is to achieve all the borders of the Donetsk People's Republic in the form of the borders of the Donetsk region, and most importantly, a change of power, which is in Kyiv. Without a change of power in Kyiv, no truce is possible,” said the head of the DPR.
