“The head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Alexander Zakharchenko, appointed Alexander Grigorievich Afendikov as head of the administration of the city of Debaltsevo.

Also, by the decision of the head of state, a working group was created to restore the city and return it to peaceful life.

A list of measures to restore the infrastructure of Debaltsevo will be approved in the near future,” the administration told the head of the DPR.
