Zakharchenko: There will be no peacekeepers, only security for the OSCE
It is possible to introduce only security for OSCE observers into Donbass, but not a peacekeeping mission throughout the entire territory, as Kyiv demands. The head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, stated this on the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The OSCE mission insists that they need security, and the one that we can offer does not suit them... But this is not a peacekeeping mission, it is security for the OSCE mission, it turns out, actually. If they are afraid... We, in principle, are still protecting them; there has never been a case where representatives of the OSCE mission were harmed on our territory.
On the contrary, we are interested in them assessing the situation objectively.
If they insist that there should be a UN mission here... Please, we are not against it. But we are against the peacekeeping contingent,” said the head of the DPR.
