There is no limit to their arrogance. As soon as you start negotiating peace, they think that we are afraid. They mistake our strength and peacefulness for weakness - this is a big mistake. I think that yesterday’s losses of Ukrainian military personnel and the recent attempt to attack us from a helicopter in the Krasnohorivka area, which ended unsuccessfully for them, proves that they are deeply mistaken,” Zakharchenko said.
According to him, thus, Ukraine again disrupted the agreement on the disengagement of troops on the front line.
“In general, the situation has not improved recently. Local battles also took place at the time of the truce. This is confirmed by the shelling of Yasinovataya and Petrovka. The war is still going on.
I gave orders to the DPR military personnel not to respond to provocations, but if there is a threat to life and safety, they can always open fire. If the Ukrainian military thinks that they will fire at us with impunity, they are very mistaken. Yesterday’s losses proved this,” Zakharchenko said.
