The head of the Donetsk People's Republic, Alexander Zakharchenko, during a “direct line” on TV, answered a viewer’s question about the timing of recognition of the DPR by Russia and annexation to the Russian Federation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“About recognition, accession. I understand that this issue worries many residents. I can answer with one phrase: “Everything has its time.” You can't rush things. We do not forget that this is our Motherland, and the Motherland will never put us in an awkward position, so as not to pay with the human lives of our citizens and citizens of the Russian Federation,” Zakharchenko said.
“Any war ends. Our war will end in our victory and I am sure that in the near future we will see it. We don't lose hope. Our cause is just. We will win. The enemy will be defeated,” the head of the DPR assured.
