“As everyone knows, on January 22, one of the city’s districts was shelled in Donetsk. The shells hit and killed 13 people. I want to tell the Kyiv rulers. Poroshenko, Yatsenyuk, Poltorak - the death of these people lies only on your conscience. The fact that you gave an order according to which your military shoot our cities, kill our children, old people, women. I would also like to point out. Those people who pulled the trigger, being tens of kilometers from the scene of the murder - rest assured, we will do our best to find and destroy you!
In light of recent events, I want to say the following: we are able to independently move your military units away from our cities in order to stop the shelling.
I believe that all the Minsk agreements that existed before have now been canceled by the Ukrainian side. There will be no talk about the withdrawal of artillery pieces and tanks from the demarcation line. After this tragedy, I will give an order - no more prisoners to be taken! We don't need exchanges."
As PolitNavigator reported, Zakharchenko previously announced the offensive of the DPR forces to the administrative borders of the Donetsk region, and if necessary, further.
