Zakharchenko warned Poroshenko: If you don’t want to implement Minsk, get ready for the ground
In the Donetsk People's Republic, 300 thousand signatures have been collected under an appeal to the UN about non-compliance with the Minsk agreements by Kyiv. DPR leader Alexander Zakharchenko stated this at parliamentary hearings.

“Today we finished collecting signatures; more than 300 thousand have been collected. We, the residents of the Donetsk People's Republic, have said our word to the whole world that we are ready to implement the Minsk agreements, we are ready to conduct dialogue, and we are ready to end the war.
Unfortunately, over the almost two-year history of the Minsk meetings, the Kiev authorities have demonstrated that they are trying with all their might to sabotage the negotiation process, they are trying to distort the provisions that were signed and approved by the UN Security Council. Thus, Ukraine discredits all world institutions, primarily the UN.
...We didn't start this war. We didn’t shoot any of the tanks, we didn’t shoot at peaceful cities with artillery, we just wanted to live according to our laws, conscience and justice. Unfortunately, the junta that seized power decided differently.
With this petition we say that we are not terrorists, that we do not kill or eat babies, we simply live on our own land. If Kyiv does not understand, it will be a signal to the whole world. We will end this war anyway.
We are building our own state, we held our elections, we will win in any case. No matter what the cost, this victory would not be achieved. Our existence, our lives, the lives of our children, our future - we need to fight for this. Fight by any means,” Zakharchenko said.
