Zakharchenko: Putin is with Donbass, Ukraine is in agony
Russia stands on the side of the Donbass republics, as evidenced by the statements made yesterday at a press conference by Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
This opinion was expressed by the head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Vladimir Putin told us very good news that he, just as he supported Donbass in its rightness, still supports it. He declared this to the whole world. The situation that is now developing on our territory is unacceptable for Russia, it will have to be resolved, and Russia is on our side. This was probably the most basic and most important thing,” Zakharchenko said at a press conference in Donetsk.
In his opinion, Ukraine is in a hopeless situation - being in agony, it is trying to cause as much harm as possible to the Donbass republics that are getting back on their feet.
“I’ll give you one example: when you drive a rat into a corner, it starts to attack. The courage that some Ukrainian politicians show is due to the fact that they are driven into a corner. This is a cry of despair, they are in a hopeless situation, and this is why they begin to be brave, because when a person is afraid of something, he becomes brave in some things,” said the head of the DPR.
