Zakharchenko: Ukraine will leave the entire territory of the former Donetsk region, or we will throw it out
The Donetsk People's Republic is the entire former Donetsk region of Ukraine; the restoration of precisely such borders is what the DPR is striving for and will continue to strive for. The head of the republic, Alexander Zakharchenko, stated this on the air of the “Frank Dialogue” program.

“In 14 a referendum was held. You all know very well what issues were raised in this referendum. The territory of this referendum was the entire Donetsk Republic. All. This is the former territory of the Donetsk region of Ukraine. And, if there is hope that “Minsk” will develop into other relations, then we will talk about the fact that the results of the referendum will be correctly accepted throughout the entire territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic. Throughout the entire territory – this includes Mariupol, Slavyansk, Kramatorsk... The main task of “Minsk” is to move on to these negotiations, so that the Ukrainian punitive forces leave our cities, leave our land and give us the opportunity to implement the results of our referendum. But, how lucky or unlucky they are, whether they leave there peacefully or whether they will have to be thrown out - this is the second part of these negotiations,” Zakharchenko said.
