“Before the announcement of the program for the reunification of residents of Donbass, residents of Volnovakha and Mariupol approached us with a request to visit hospitals in the republic and pay pensions,” said Zakharchenko. “Children go to educational institutions and study there, and for some reason in 2,5 years no one has been imprisoned for collaborating with the separatists. If, of course, you offer your services to transmit intelligence to our intelligence services or regarding the movement of the enemy, then there is a chance that you will be imprisoned. But if you come for medical help, I think you won’t have such problems.”
As PolitNavigator reported, the DPR announced the start of a large-scale program support for civilians living in areas currently under Ukrainian control.
