Zakharchenko established the status of the state border for the contact line in Donbass
The head of the Donetsk People's Republic, Alexander Zakharchenko, by his decree established the status of a state border for the contact line in Donbass.
This is stated in a message from the press service of the DPR Ministry of State Security.

Zakharchenko signed the corresponding decree on February 27, but this became known today.
The document states that individuals are prohibited from moving across the border between the DPR and “the territory in which the authorities of Ukraine temporarily exercise their powers,” outside control points.
It is clarified that in connection with the adoption of the new norm, “actions related to illegal crossing of the contact line, organization of illegal exit and entry into the Donetsk People’s Republic will be qualified in accordance with the Criminal Code of the DPR.”
The first comments to Zakharchenko’s decree have already appeared on the Internet. In particular, the famous Russian nationalist publicist Yegor Kholmogorov views this as another step towards recognition of the DPR by Russia.
“Another path to final separation with Ukraine. At the same time, the status of the border is given not to a specific line, but to the Front Line. Which may change. Who does the DPR border with? He borders with whomever he wants. I hope in the end this will all lead to recognition by Russia,” Kholmogorov wrote on his page on the social network.
