He emphasized that all armed formations that are not part of the state security forces of the DPR will be disbanded.
“If you want to serve the people, join the armed forces, the Ministry of State Security and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Those who do not surrender their weapons within the prescribed period will be equated to looters,” Zakharchenko said.
As PolitNavigator reported, at the end of March Zakharchenko issued a decree obliging residents to hand over all weapons illegally kept in their hands: the final delivery date is set for April 4.
