I would once again like to remind my American colleagues, and perhaps for someone in America, to “open America” - the obligations under the Minsk agreements are borne only by their parties - the republics of Donbass and Kiev, but the latter has simply been sabotaging these agreements for a long time." , said Zakharova.
She also hinted that the United States can be considered to a greater extent, if not participants, then perpetrators of the conflict in Uknain.
“The entire Ukrainian crisis was a consequence of the coup d’etat in February 2014, to which the United States directly had a hand and has since closely supervised the current Kyiv government. And the current official representatives of the State Department simply do not know what representatives of the US State Department did in 2014.
