Zakharova demanded an explanation from the OSCE

At the same time, Maria Zakharova emphasized that the OSCE SMM staff working in Donbass have still not reacted in any way and have not even recorded the fact of the abduction of an observer from the LPR.
“Although the mission’s mandate specifically states that it must “ascertain and report the facts in response to specific incidents and reports of incidents.”
Observers record forced delays down to the minute, for example, when they cross the contact line. However, the time spent by the mentioned representative of Lugansk in custody worries observers much less than the minutes they spend waiting for a pass.
This is a public question asked, including by the OSCE, to which we would like to receive an answer,” the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry was indignant.
