Zakharova doubted the health of the ex-head of the CIA, who called for “killing Russians”
The calls of ex-CIA chief Michael Morell to “secretly kill” Russians and Iranians in Syria, made by him in early August on one of the American television channels, are unacceptable and unhealthy.

This was stated today by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
“We believe that this statement is the private and unhealthy opinion of a former CIA employee. There is no need to say that this is an inhumane statement. This is obvious: it is not so much inhumane as it is an ISIS-style statement. That’s what they say,” Zakharova said.
According to her, Morell’s statement “shocked not only the Russian side, but also representatives of the US State Department, who disowned his words.”
