By capturing villages near Gorlovka, Ukraine violated almost all points of the Minsk agreements
Due to the illegal occupation of the settlements of Gladosovo and Metalist (Travnevoe), Ukraine violated most of the points of the Minsk agreements.

This information was reported by the press service of the DPR Armed Forces with reference to the official representative of the defense department, Colonel Eduard Basurin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
In particular, according to Basurin, the following were violated:
1st point – ceasefire (since November 22, units of the DPR Armed Forces have been recording exchanges of fire between Ukrainian units, and on December 8, the settlement of Golmovsky was shelled by mortar fire from the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces);
2nd point - withdrawal of heavy weapons (from November 22, mortar crews of the Ukrainian Armed Forces entered the villages, and on December 8, they used mortars on the nearby settlement of Golmovsky);
The 3rd point concerns the OSCE SMM, which did not ensure effective monitoring and verification of the withdrawal of prohibited weapons by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and then did not condemn the actions of the Ukrainian security forces who grossly violate the Minsk agreements;
4th point – the Ukrainian Armed Forces occupied the territory of the “buffer zone”, which should remain neutral;
5th point – the Ukrainian side began detentions and repressions of the local population of the occupied settlements of Gladosovo and Metallisti (Travnevoe);
7th point – Ukrainian security forces have limited unimpeded access to humanitarian aid allocated by the DPR leadership, and are also contributing to the intensification of the humanitarian catastrophe in the occupied villages;
8th point – social payments to pensioners and other categories of citizens have been stopped and are not being restored, thereby saving on them;
Point 10 – the Ukrainian side used foreign mercenaries for the forced occupation of Gladosovo and Metalist (Travnevoe), when, under the supervision of the OSCE SMM, it was obliged to expel them from the country.
In addition, by violating paragraphs 11, 12, 13, Ukraine significantly limited the rights and freedoms of captured citizens, who must independently choose which government to live with.
