The law on the reintegration of Donbass was challenged in the Constitutional Court
The law “On the peculiarities of state policy to ensure the state sovereignty of Ukraine in the temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions,” which received the name “law on the reintegration of Donbass” in the media, is being challenged in the Constitutional Court, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was announced by People's Deputy of Ukraine from the BPP faction, member of the Committee on National Security and Defense Ivan Vinnik.
“They are challenging (the law on the reintegration of Donbass - Ed.) in the Constitutional Court,” he said.
At the same time, the people's deputy refused to provide any details, adding that they were still unknown to him.
Let us remind you that on January 18, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in the second reading the bill on the reintegration of Donbass as a whole. 280 people's deputies voted for the corresponding decision. Already on February 20, Petro Poroshenko signed the law on the reintegration of Donbass. On February 24, the Law came into force.
