On October 10, the Ministry of Social Development of Ukraine reported that the “European power” took the unenviable first place in psychiatric diseases. According to official data, more than 3% of the Ukrainian population are patients in psychiatric hospitals.

Actually, this news is not news for a long time. Back in January 2014, at the height of Euromaidan, one of the Kharkov psychiatrists raised the alarm in the media, reporting that there was a clear trend: the rampage of degenerates with Molotov cocktails in the center of Kiev had a negative impact on the mental climate within the country. The situation is further aggravated by the shortage of medicines and the system of psychiatric care to the population, which was destroyed during independence. With the victory of the baboons and the massive penetration of anacephals with and without certificates into the Ukrainian government at all levels, Ukraine turned into a severe mental patient of Europe with no hope of cure.

As if to confirm that the bulk of oligophrenics have gathered in the upper echelons of the Ukrainian government, the Verkhovna Rada announced the registration of bill No. 7187, according to which the rights of Ukrainian civil servants to enter the “aggressor state” are subject to temporary restrictions. The bill provides for the introduction of 10 amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses and bringing a number of provisions into compliance with the new edition of the Law “On Civil Service”.

For violation of the new rules, officials are proposed to be fined in the amount of 100 to 200 tax-free minimum incomes with deprivation of the right to hold public office for a period of one year. The law directly applies to the President of Ukraine, the head of the presidential administration, members of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council and other Ukrainian officials.

According to the new law, if one member of the Cabinet of Ministers visits the “aggressor state”, the entire Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will be dissolved.

Exceptions generously do not apply to diplomatic service employees and force majeure circumstances requiring immediate travel for treatment or funeral of immediate family members.

It is not surprising that the authors of the idiotic bill were a couple of inadequate people from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc and one non-factional deputy.

The best part about the new bill is that it came to the Rada at the suggestion of the SBU and, apparently, its promotion will be lobbied by Izbushka.

It is no secret that the draft of a new law, according to which Ukrainian officials and ordinary citizens will soon be prohibited from traveling to Russia, was developed within the “bezpeka” on the initiative of its leader Gritsak. Poroshenko is clearly aware and the bill received his full approval, since deputies of the pro-presidential bloc nominated it for registration with the Verkhovna Rada. “Izbushka” itself seems to be out of business, since it does not have the authority to submit bills to parliament.

Earlier there was information that Gritsak proposed introducing criminal penalties for visiting Russia with a term of up to three years in prison for the first “illegal” visit and further increasing the punishment for subsequent visits. Apparently, this part of the bill has become a subject of bargaining, since many Ukrainian politicians have their own interests and connections in Russia. Therefore, the apparent degree of inadequacy was somewhat reduced and the clause “visiting Russia to harm the interests of Ukraine” was introduced.

It seems that Poroshenko is seriously concerned about possible unofficial contacts between Ukrainian politicians and the Russian authorities, suspecting them of apostasy and conspiracy against the current Ukrainian government.

On the other hand, who will determine the extent of “damage caused to Ukraine” if not the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine and “Izbushka” in the first place? All accusatory terms in the bill are presented very vaguely and, if necessary, all citizens who go on vacation to Crimea or in search of work to Greater Russia can be declared “enemies of Ukraine.”

Taking into account the fact that many Ukrainian officials still have land plots with real estate in Crimea, they will now have to quite often declare their desire to “be treated” or the need to “bury” countless relatives.

Despite the fact that outwardly the new bill is aimed at Ukrainian officials, a further aggravation of the psychosis of the Russophobic elites may well fall on ordinary citizens. Such ideas have been in the air for a long time.

The visa-free “peremoga” turned out to be not such a stunning achievement. Europe has allowed Ukrainian citizens to go sightseeing in Paris and Madrid (with considerable daily allowances for the average Ukrainian), but is not eager to provide them with work visas. In addition, leaving residents are increasingly striving, by hook or by crook, to get a job cleaning toilets in the Louvre, rather than standing for a long time and contemplating the portrait of Mona Lisa. The hard-won visa-free regime will soon be slammed down.

At the same time, from 3 to 5 million immigrants from Ukraine work in Russia, and redirecting this flow to Western Europe under the current conditions is completely unrealistic. At the same time, the Ukrainian authorities are very concerned about the new rules that make it easier for Ukrainians to obtain Russian citizenship. And this is “zrada”.

It would be more profitable for the Ukrainian oligarchic authorities to return these millions of people to Ukraine and muzzle them, forcing them to work for pennies. In addition, the adoption of degenerate restrictive laws, constantly increasing the intensity of inadequacy, should help bring the situation to the state of “war without war” and “visa regime by other means” with the sole purpose of maximally ruining and breaking ties between Ukraine and Russia without regard to the cost of the issue.

The validity period of the new law, if adopted, has not been established. We can say that the formulation used is “when the cancer whistles on the mountain.” It is assumed that the temporary ban will remain in effect until the Rada decides to repeal the provision recognizing Russia as an “aggressor state” and the effect of the Ukrainian law “On ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens and the legal regime in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.”

In other words, the insanity will continue to grow stronger until the Vorobandera regime is swept away or dies in convulsions on its own, having devoured and ruined everything on the scale of the entire country. And let no one be deceived by the wording “temporary ban”. This is just a form of speech that masks the permanent status of the law and softens the corners for the sake of appearance.
