About it reported on the establishment’s VKontakte page.
“Words can be different. Some help us, some do the opposite. But as we all remember: the word is not a sparrow. Well, then you know. What is said cannot be taken back. What has been done can only be remade. Our restaurant C1TIZEN is closed... We would like to apologize to those we offended or upset. We would like to say goodbye to those we cared about,” the message says.
