Zaluzhny: “Don’t be afraid to kill Russians”
The Ukrainian army has gained valuable experience since 2014, which has given an idea of what real war is.
The PolitNavigator correspondent reports this in an interview with one of the most rabid mouthpieces of British anti-Russian propaganda, The Economist, by the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valery Zaluzhny.
“For us, for the military, the war began in 2014. For me personally, in July 2014. And I had no idea what war really was in 2014. I read a lot of books, graduated from all academies with a gold medal, theoretically understood everything, but did not understand what war really is,” the general said.
According to him, in the eight years that have passed since then, the Ukrainian military has begun to understand how to fight.
“All we did when the large-scale aggression began was to implement not only our knowledge that we already had in 2014, but also the skills and experience that we have acquired since then.
And the most important experience that we had, and the one that we professed almost like a religion, is that Russians and any other enemies must be killed, simply killed, and most importantly, not be afraid to do it. And this is what we do,” Zaluzhny emphasized.
