He told reporters about this today after a government meeting.
According to Rozenko, the information campaign against him has been going on for at least the last six months. And this, first of all, he clarified, is due to the fact that six months ago, according to the SBU, payments to the Donbass were suspended for 450 thousand people who were displaced and received corresponding pension payments.
“They (the protests - ed.) previously took place in front of the government building. Various dirt was poured on me in various media, but they see that it did not work. Because I and the state’s position in this direction cannot be broken. Therefore, they decided to hit where it hurt most. That’s why they didn’t hit me today, they hit my 75-year-old mother. And she owns and lives in this house. And it’s good that we took her out of this house yesterday, knowing that such provocations would occur,” he complains.
Pavel Rozenko also said that his mother has been living in a house near Kiev for 10 years.
“And for ten years, for some reason, no one asked the question: where, and what, and how. I don't have to declare this house. Because my mother and I live in different squares, in different cities. And according to the presentation of the declaration, I only declared the income, expenses and property of my family: myself and my wife,” the Deputy Prime Minister noted.
In his opinion, the action that took place today “is a targeted provocation against the authorities as a whole.”
