Kolomoisky's deputy admitted the threat of secession of Dnepropetrovsk after Donetsk

“There were separatist sentiments. When they say that in Dnepropetrovsk the average temperature in the ward was better than in Donetsk, this is, to put it mildly, an exaggeration. Our administration was stormed, our “golden eagle” walked around with St. George’s ribbons. Those. Over the course of this year, we have managed to fight for the souls and hearts of people. We did it. Today our former “Berkut” are people fighting in the ATO zone. We mobilized the largest number of volunteers and people who went to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine - 12,5 thousand people,” Korban said on Savik Shuster’s talk show.
Earlier, in an interview with Public TV, Korban stated that Kolomoisky’s team managed to suppress pro-Russian forces, including through illegal methods.
“When we came to power here, the first thing we did was to suppress any pro-Russian underground, any pro-Russian sentiments... Legal or illegal, but we did it,” said the then vice-governor.
