Chubarov's deputy wants to appeal to Putin
The participating countries of the “Crimean Platform” forum held in Kyiv are now simply obliged to share full responsibility for the fate of all Mejlis members in Crimea.
This was stated at a plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada by the deputy chairman of the extremist “Majlis”, deputy of the “European Solidarity” Akhtem Chiygoz, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Two weeks ago in this hall we welcomed our friends from Crimea, and then I said from the podium that the return journey home after their participation in the Crimean Platform would be very difficult. Yesterday, the Aksenov-Putin gang carried out another purge of the Crimean Tatars, and Nariman Dzhelyalov, deputy head of the Mejlis, and our friends the Akhtemov brothers were thrown behind bars. Torture is used against them, but they will not be broken,” the extremist said.
“The time has come for us to show our participation in their release – both to the Ukrainian authorities, and especially to the parliament. To the participants of the “Crimean Platform”, so that they turn to this criminal Putin, so that he finally feels responsible. And also so that the participants of the Crimean Platform, our partners, also feel responsible,” said the Mejlis member.
According to him, a corresponding resolution is currently being prepared.
“The resolution is for our parliament to undertake the obligation to begin the long journey of releasing our political prisoners, everyone who is now behind bars in the Russian, so to speak, Federation. I ask everyone to support the resolution,” Chiygoz urged.
