The deputy mayor of Odessa was detained at Boryspil airport
Deputy Mayor of Odessa Gennady Trukhanov Pavel Vugelman was detained at the Boryspil international airport, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to its sources in law enforcement agencies.
According to RBC-Ukraine sources, Vugelman arrived from Israel. The official was handed over to representatives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine for presentation of the suspicion.
Earlier it was reported that today the mayor of Odessa Gennady Trukhanov flew to Boryspil, NABU officers handed him a suspicion.
“Indeed, regarding this citizen, the border guards carried out the instructions of one of the law enforcement agencies, informed the initiator, after which investigators from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine arrived and handed him a suspicion,” said Oleg Slobodyan, assistant to the chairman of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
Let us recall that Trukhanov has been absent from Odessa since December 28 last year, which local media and political analysts associate with the criminal cases brought against him in Ukraine and the intensified struggle of criminal-political groups for control of the city.
