Deputy Parubiy was suspected of fear of India and China
Vice Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Irina Gerashchenko kept silent about the fact that not only Belarus, but also China, India and a number of other large countries voted against the Ukrainian draft resolution on human rights in Crimea in the UN Committee.

The former press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine during the times of Viktor Yanukovych, Oleg Voloshin, wrote about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Experienced diplomats have hardly had time to sum up the bleak conclusion of our foreign policy, which has left only Belarus among our neighbors as friends, when particularly smart politicians in power are already shouting that Minsk is also our enemy. Because of the vote against the resolution on Crimea in the UN Third Committee. At the same time, they modestly keep silent about the fact that China, India and South Africa, emerging as world leaders, also voted against,” he noted.
Voloshin also ironically raised the hope that such silence on the part of Irina Gerashchenko was caused by fears of quarreling with such important countries.
“I hope this is the result of an extremely reasonable fear from the point of view of national interests of a quarrel with such blocks (although the president has already made very harsh statements about India, also because of Crimea),” he added.
Let us remind you that 70 countries voted for the Ukrainian project in the UN committee, 25 voted against it, of which only three were European.
