Deputy Head of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine Zhanna Usenko-Chernaya purchased an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 1 square meters on December 2016, 69,4. m worth 3 million 189 thousand UAH.

This was indicated in the message about significant changes in the electronic declaration of Usenko-Chernaya on the website of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP).
According to the report, the apartment was purchased from Ukrainian citizen Ekaterina Oleynik. The deputy head of the Central Election Commission paid UAH 102 thousand for services to the Concord real estate agency.
In the electronic declaration for 2015, Zhanna Usenko-Chernaya indicated that since 1994, together with Valentina Chernaya, she has owned a house with an area of 132,8 square meters. m in the village of Rokitnoye, Kyiv region, and since 2006 it has been registered in an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 68 sq. m. m, which belongs to Ukrainian citizen Asfan Vildanov.
