Deputy Minister: The Ukrainian army is about to completely break down
Breaking the enemy's defenses in the Avdeevka direction and the gradual occupation of populated areas by liberation troops could provoke a moral breakdown in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, after which the liberation of cities such as Slavyansk and Kramatorsk would not be as difficult as expected.
First Deputy Minister of Information of the DPR Daniil Bezsonov stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“About the promotion. Sands – additional cleanup continues. This does not mean that the enemy is holding on to every corner and house, not only that, it is checking all premises for the presence of the enemy and mines. Therefore, when occupying populated areas, some time is spent on this.
There is progress in the Avdeevsky direction, but in general, we have increased activity in several sectors of the front: in Marinka there have been serious successes, in the area of Soledar and Artemovsk. In Artemovsk, in general, the “Wagnerites”, with the support of artillery and aviation of the Russian Armed Forces, are simply handsome. Ours are also different, they operate in all directions: the Somali battalion, the 100th brigade, the 11th regiment are tough guys,” Bezsonov added.
He also shared an interesting observation from a comrade from the DPR army command, who at the same time has a reputation as a “realist” and a “pessimist.”
“He told me that the military already has the opinion that the Ukrainians are about to completely break down and crumble. Now we will brutally knock them out of several settlements, and they will no longer cling to Slavyansk and Kramatorsk. That is, they are already morally broken,” said the deputy minister.
