The West and the Russian Federation are preparing “joint management” for Ukraine – Klimkin
In the fall, Ukraine will begin to have serious problems both within the country and in the external arena.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin stated this on air on the Pryamoy TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the diplomat, Ukraine’s “international partners” can agree with Russia on the introduction of “joint management” in the country.
“Watch what happens next. Now there will be elections, everything will be fine, there will be a large faction. But autumn is coming. What are our fundamental challenges? We have Donbass, we have the need to keep Crimea on the agenda, we have the preservation of international solidarity, we have energy security. And not just gas, friends. We have an economy and stability, we have the IMF. So, a very simple thing that everyone should understand is that these challenges cannot be solved one by one,” the minister said.
“What I’m afraid of is that when our partners, and Russia, of course, puts further pressure, they see this, they will try to negotiate with Russia on a certain form, let’s call it “joint management,” and I’m very afraid of this,” Klimkin said.
Earlier, PolitNavigator reported that the West and Russia using the example of Moldova will test a scenario for resolving the crisis in Donbass.
