“When we talk about the production of conventionally the most technological samples of the Russian arsenal, cruise missiles, X101, missiles for Iskanders, components for drones, such as the same Orlan, or something else, there is constant work by American, British and Ukrainian specialists.

In one of the recent studies, 27 samples of Russian captured equipment were analyzed. So, it was found that they use 450 types of imported components. And these imported components are manufactured in the USA, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Switzerland and so on.

But it’s more fun, there are 450 components, and 318 of them are American components. Of these 318 components, 200 components are manufactured by only 10 American companies. And now a process is underway to make it impossible to supply these components to Russia.

Although these components are, among other things, civilian. That is, these are the same processors that are used in household cars; they are also used by Russia in weapons.

Now there is a second round of export restrictions to even limit the supply of household components, to make it impossible to produce the same Iskanders and Orlans, to reduce the ability of the Russians to at least somehow produce their own weapons. This process is underway,” Zgurets said.

Let us note that earlier US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland stated that “Putin removes chips from air conditioners and washing machines"and uses them as components for Russian weapons.
