The recent Munich Security Conference and the speech of the President of Ukraine at it showed that the inability of the current Ukrainian government to fulfill its obligations has become obvious to the West.

Political scientist Andrei Ermolaev stated this on TV channel 112, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Starting from Munich, it is obvious for Western partners that it is normal to come to an agreement with this regime, it is not possible to voice normal negotiating positions on the conflict in Donbass - this regime intends to continue to fight, no matter what words it utters about peacekeeping, and about the plan, and about aggression,” Ermolaev said.
