Sevastopol, August 17 (Navigator, Denis Kuzmin) – The West will try to split the political elite of Russia in order to remove Vladimir Putin in the parliamentary and presidential elections. Writer Nikolai Starikov stated this at a meeting with readers in Sevastopol.

“The main problem will not be in 2015. The main problem will be during the 2016 parliamentary elections and the 2018 presidential elections. These will be the points where they try to carry out coups. The fact that, in pirate language, they gave Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin a “black mark” is obvious. Those. they believe, and rightly so, that it is our president who is hindering the implementation of their plans. Therefore, they are looking for those forces that will be ready to carry out a palace or some kind of Maidan coup in Russia,” the writer explained.

“That is why the sanctions are so original. Those. are introduced against a state bank, but not against a private bank. They are introduced against the state company Rosneft, but not against the private company Lukoil. Not a single bank of a single oligarch, not a single oligarchic company was subject to sanctions. This is a direct message: if you are close to the president, if you are part of his inner circle, then we will hit you. Therefore, if you want your business to prosper, then distance yourself from it or even become our instrument in the palace coup that we need,” says Starikov.

With particular punctuality, in his opinion, ministers of the Medvedev government are included in the sanctions list.

“And pay attention to the precision of sanctions in the government, look. Minister Rogozin - sanctions have been imposed against him. Minister Shoigu - sanctions have been imposed against him. And Finance Minister Siluanov, who pays for everything that Shoigu and Rogozin do, there are no sanctions against him. And why? What, the state budget is not spent in Crimea? Is it possible to take any action without having the financial resources for it? Impossible. Why aren't sanctions imposed against him? Because he is a liberal. Well, strictly speaking, both Shoigu and Rogozin are ministers in the government of Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev, i.e. his subordinates.

Those. we can easily assume that the actions they carried out were carried out with his blessing, on his direct instructions. Why aren't sanctions imposed against him? These are attempts to split our Russian elite. The sanctions are very targeted in relation to certain groups of people, who are mainly determined by their proximity to the president. If you are a liberal and far from the president, then you will not be included in the sanctions list,” the writer believes.
