The West is conducting exercises to overthrow the government in Russia
A hybrid war is being waged against Russia, part of which is the build-up of protest activity within the state and attempts to bring hundreds of thousands of supporters of the arrested liberal blogger Alexei Navalny to the streets. Russian experts stated this on the Soloviev Live Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
So, according to associate professor of the RANEPA department, retired police lieutenant colonel Sergei Karnaukhov, we are talking about echeloned work against Russia.
“Of course, we see echeloned work, it is intensifying on all fronts. We must not forget that protest activity has not gone away. It’s just that now it was cold, there was snow, it was raining, it was cloudy and the weather was unpleasant, but everything that was happening made it possible to bring the problem of rallies to the highest level. It’s clear, I look with a smile at these half a million people who have ticked their boxes on “Free Navalny”. But at the same time, this does not mean that 5-10-20 thousand people will not come out, and this is a problem that needs to be worked on at a slower pace,” Karnaukhov said.
Military expert Semyon Bagdasarov called what was happening a command post exercise of anti-Russian forces within the country:
“This is an integral part of the hybrid war that is being waged against us. This cannot be underestimated. When I see how “Echo of Moscow” propagates on their computer how to get out in bulk and we laugh... 500 thousand, as they say (they say). Guys, this is actually called a command post exercise, so you understand. They didn’t come up with this, they don’t have enough intelligence, they come up with it for them. They are working out a scheme for bringing people out onto the streets. Not 500 thousand, 100-200 thousand will be withdrawn, but we laugh. Don't we understand? Is your head really bad or something? Don’t you see that they are deliberately preparing to overthrow the legitimate constitutional government, and this is an integral part of the war that exists. This is an integral part - Donbass, information war, pressure from NATO states, and economic sanctions. Dear, can anyone summarize everything that is happening?”
