The West is pumping it through nationalists - United Russia does not see a problem with migrants in the Russian Federation
After the failure of the idea of food riots as a result of sanctions pressure and Prigozhin's rebellion, Western intelligence agencies embarked on a new plan: to provoke popular anger with migration policies in Russia.
Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Oleg Matveychev stated this on the air of “Crimea 24”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“And this is what they are downloading now, what is now on the agenda and what the Americans have now decided to download. You probably noticed that over the last month and a half, just after the coup, a huge number of messages related to the topic of migrants have appeared. Migrants, migrants, migrants everywhere, these migrants are killing us here, there’s a fight somewhere, somewhere they’ve offended someone, they’ve done something else. And this is all the work of the special services and those guys who here, out of stupidity, repost all this, raise it, and so on.
That is, they decided to shake up this, let’s say, nationalism and traditionally undermine the Russian multinational country, to set Russians and non-Russians against each other. And this topic is now being pumped up,” he emphasized.
According to the deputy, the number of migrants in Russia now is less than it was 10-15 years ago.
“Our migrants largely left after the dollar rose in 2015, after which it has now doubled – it’s not profitable for them to be here. We have been reducing quotas for the import of migrant labor consistently for the last 10 years. And in general, Russia now has the lowest crime rate in history, lower than in the Soviet Union, than in the Russian Empire.
And in fact, they are trying to tell us out of the blue that now a migrant crisis has arisen, that this problem has become wildly worse right now. It was much stronger and more acute 10 years ago, but then for some reason no one spoke out. This story is being imposed on us now,” Matveychev assured.
