Political scientist Alexander Bulavin stated this in a comment to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Ukrainian propaganda should make appropriate statements in connection with these exercises. From this point of view, everything is correct. It would be strange if the Ukrainian media said something different. Of course, in reality, these exercises do not in any way affect the capabilities of the Russian army.
As for the participation of the British army, the British military, of course, come, money is allocated for this, they demonstrate training, etc. But as soon as we talk about a serious military clash, especially about a real war on the border with Crimea, not a single British soldier will not remain on the territory of Ukraine, the Ukrainian army will instantly be left alone with the Russian one.
