The West is recycling its old equipment in Ukraine - expert
Ukraine is given old equipment from NATO countries for recycling. At the same time, the nomenclature that is allocated to Ukraine is intended for defense, not offensive.

They send us equipment for recycling, but they don’t give us new equipment. They send us old equipment from NATO countries in exchange for the Americans sending new equipment there. They send us equipment for disposal,” Bondarenko said.
