The West will force Ukraine to abandon its course in NATO - ex-ambassador to the USA
If Ukraine receives a refusal at the NATO anniversary summit, which will take place this summer in Washington, this could lead to the Kiev regime giving up and abandoning its further course towards membership in the Alliance.
The former Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States Valeriy Chaly stated this on the video blog of the ex-speaker of the Right Sector banned in the Russian Federation, Borislav Bereza, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I think our position is to fold our arms and declare publicly that we cannot, because the United States does not want to. This situation is a trap. That is, the President of Ukraine is going to the summit in Washington - well, you understand, he will go, the delegation will go, because we are in the NATO format, we have submitted an application. I would call it a candidate.
There is no such formulation yet, but as a graduate student. A delegation is coming, we don’t get it, our leadership says: “Well, you see, we did everything, they didn’t take us.” That's all. I have great fears that after this summit there will be no active work at all, on both sides, on these issues. But the threat to Ukraine is not going away,” Chaly suffered.
Thank you!
